It's a BoyCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper. I then cut around the outside line. I scored and folded where indicated and used double sided tape on the tabs to make the pocket for the voucher or money.

I used some blue bling on the writing and glitter on the Bears ears and feet.

A great idea and very easy to make.
