The sheet was simply printed onto Super Smooth white card and cut out. I scored and folded on the indicated line. I put double sided tape on the tabs and folded in and stuck the gift voucher envelope in place.

This is quick and easy to make and makes a gift of money or a gift voucher look a bit special.
