This is lovely. I printed out the design onto a smooth finish card and cut it out. I laid a piece of plain paper and lightly glued this to the inside of the card as a liner, but not to the flap.

I used double sided tape on the sides and along the top edge of the flap to seal. I decorated the front with gold peel off greeting and stickers.
