I printed this sheet on to good quality card and cut out all elements with scissors and craft knife. I, then, cut all black lines and folded all dotted lines

using a bone folder to make good folds. Then I attached all parts together using tacky glue. After adding printed bow, I pierced small holes in box and flap and tied with a piece of golden ribbon. This makes a lovely little gift box.
