the sheet was printed onto Super Smooth white cardstock and then cut out and scored along indicated lines. After folding the score lines I used Template Tape on the tab to attach to the other side. I then tucked and folded everything into shape.

I decorated this little box quite simply with some sticky back gems and a Penblwydd Hapus peel-off (Welsh for Happy Birthday).

A quick and easy box to make that looks a little bit different because of it's rounded lid.
