Gorgeous Patch Swirls Heart Top Box

A gorgeous patch swirls box template which folds together using the easy to follow instructions on the sheet. Once completed there are two heart shapes at the top of the box. You can create this box with, or without glue - depending on the weight of the contents being added. For a stunning effect, print this sheet out a second time, on paper and add it to the lining of the box. I have also included a matching gift tag topper with this sheet.
