Printed on matte photo paper. I used bags I had purchased, folded the tops over in various ways (a couple of them, I cut shorter), then stapled all but the red one shut after putting in the treats.

For the red bag, I punched holes in the topper and the closed bag, threaded satin ribbon through the holes and through the shank of a heart-shaped button.

For the brown bag, I added a distressed paper doily before stapling the bag, ink-distressed the topper, then attached it with dst and added buttons with silicone gel.

The white bag has a paper doily folded and added before stapling and the pink bag has a shower of glistening heart stickers.

So many possibilities, quick, fun and easy.
