I used heavy weight card stock to cut out the cover, pages and elements. I use a snap closure for the pages so you can add or subject pages. I cut a semi-circle on each page so I can have cardstock pictures added in between each page.
I used the elements for additional pockets for pictures to be placed in. I also made a belly-band to keep closed. I really enjoyed making this.
