Another beautiful bumper kit

I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements

I die cut a border and attached to the top of my card base

I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment and a few pearl embellishment
