Chose the cat design and printed it out on matte photo paper. I cut out the main topper and the decoupage pieces that I wanted to use. I attach the base topper to a card front with double stick tape.

I used foam sticky pads to build up the components of the decoupage. I cut down the snowman elements into three different layers and then built them up. Added the insert to the inside of the card with double stick tape. These are very beautiful, elegant looking designs.
