Winter Farm Babies 1&2 Bumper Kit Completed by Joyce Perkins

Printed out a base topper and a center topper design and the flower decoupage on heavy mat photo paper. Cut out all the pieces attached the base topper to a tent card with double stick tape. Added the center topper with foam pads.

Built up the flower decoupage on the two corners using foam pads and added diamond bling into each center. Use foam tape to add a greeting to the top corner. Cut out and use double stick tape to add the insert inside the card. These images are absolutely adorable. I can’t wait to make up all the rest.
