4 Art Deco decoupage bumper kit

Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the toppers and inserts to different decorative cards. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage to each one. This is a wonderful bumper kit, all the cards look so special. It has the WOW factor.
