I Printed the image onto super smooth card and cut out the elements. I layered the main image onto silver mirror card, although it not really needed as there is a nice border and mounted it onto a white card blank. I added the decoupage with foam pads and added some gems and matching insert.
This is just 1 of 6 fabulous designs in this bumper pack. Great value.
