A great bumper kit
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added my choice of sentiment and a satin ribbon bow to finish

Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, insert, decoupage and sentiments. Placed topper and insert onto a 7 x 7 scalloped card with double sided tape. Added decoupage and my choice of sentiments with foam pads for 3D effect.
Added a few gemstones and then got the glitter glue and went over the fancy bits either side of the cup and saucer and on the butterflies.
