Floral Dreams & Wishes BK16... 8x8 Birthday Card... I printed onto Matt photo paper, hand-cut the elements and used 3D foam pads to give dimension. I used cardstock from my personal stash which I debossed with a floral design and added a few gems for the finishing touch.
