A stunning bumper kit
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added a few pearl embellishments to finish

i backed this on to cream and blue card. I then layered up all the elements on the front of the card and then added a few gems. I added the insert too
