I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added a bow, glitter and a sentiment. A gorgeous collection.

Printed the design off on photo paper and printed extra flowers
I then stuck the base layer onto card for support
I cut around the card and left a one centimetre central point to allow for fold
using a complimentary backing paper i layered up the design and some extra embelishments
finished with some glitter ribbon down the central fold of the card
