Copied the box to 220gsm yellow card. Copied notes and envelopes to 160gsm paper. Cut everything out. I used glue to assemble the box following Sheila's instructions.

I made two sets, glittering the first band and used peel-offs' for the second band.

The only reason I used yellow card for the box was because I had run out of white but am very pleased with the result. This design is certainly a very useful one to have in your kit, and will make an excellent gift, it looks very professional when made up.
