A great bumper kit
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added my choice of sentiment and a satin floral embellishment to finish

I cut out all the elements and stuck the decoupage elements together using double sided foam tape. I used dst to stick the main design to the front of 8 x 8 card and the insert inside.
