This lovely bumper kit has ten blank A5 card toppers suitable for you to add your own toppers, embellishments and decoupage to. The topper consists of a background paper, a ribbon and a central mat, all shadowed and in a matching colour. They all have matching blank sentiment tiles and a matching gift tag topper.
