I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

Such a quick card to make and this card is perfect for couples who find the traditional bride and groom designs rather boring.
