A great bumper kit
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added a few pearl embellishments to finish

Printed onto decoupage paper. Placed the main image with tape and added the layers using foam pads. I added gems.
