The Simpsons Bumper Kit 3Completed by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

What a wonderful mix of designs.
