I printed off the decoupage sheets and cut out the base images using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layers using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. Cutting out the layers was easy as there was no intricate cutting therefore making this suitable for both children and beginners as well of course for more advanced crafters.

This is a brilliant bumper kit to have on hand. Everyone loves Bart and I envisage Maggie being used for a Newborn baby card, a 1st birthday or Mother's Day card. Mr Burns is perfect to give a senior citizen for birthday, retirement or Father's Day and Millhouse for a teenager. Add this to your collection and you won't regret it.
