I made up Coffee Roses Envelope Easel card Birthday/Anniversary (cup373052_68). I printed this sheet on quality cardstock and cut out the pieces. I slipped the 2015 calendar into the front pocket of the easel card and adhered the 2015 stopper with foam pads.

This sheet is an economical way to make another design into a calendar card.
