2020 Calendar - Landscape Flowers & Butterfly
This is a really quick and easy Calendar for 2020, basically print and trim.
The image is a bunch of flowers with a butterfly hovering over them

Thank you for this beautiful botanical style image to accompany the calendar, It has made my card into a very special gift.
I printed the Botanical Blue backing paper by Clare Walker, cup827619_79993 twice onto the one A4 sheet at13x18cm and onto both sides before cutting it out.
This has given me 2 calendars to make and this one shown has royal Blue trim the second one I have made has pink trim.
I have made a copy of the sheet provided for each Calendar card I have made I attached each of the botanical flower groups and each of the calendar groups ,using white glue onto stronger white card cut at 14x10cm and kept each flat and allowed each to dry under a heavy book.
I folded the botanical print sheets along the centre white gap and trimmed off all white edges until the card was then 17.5 x 13cm when closed.
I have attached the images using red power tape and used blue peel off strips to define the edges.
I punched holes in the front of the card along the white margin and threaded the ribbon through sealing tit with red power tape before tying the bow.
I have attached a sentiment and an extra floral image on the insert left and side. I have also printed off a full A4 page version for my own use and have used green trim and ribbon.
I love this design and will make some Christmas Gifts using the sheet.

I had already completed making 3All About the Birds 5, and loved the outcome so I have now completed this sheet and tried something a little different.
I have used an ivory card cut att 28x 14cm, which I have scored and folded before attaching the pale green plain backing sheet cut to fit as the insert.
I printed the sheet twice onto the same white A4 matte paper and used the main image from one copy as the base, which I then, using D.S. tape attached to the13cm square bright yellow backing sheet and then onto he black 13.5cm backing sheet.
I have used the bright yellow and bright green narrow ribbons across horizontally, 3cm up from the lower edge of the yellow backing sheet and leaving a 0.5cm gap between the 2 ribbons.
I secured the tails at the back and was then able to attach this finished backing sheet group to the card front.
I used the second copy of the main image to cut out the floral border, retaining even the tiny edge from the bottom of the frame and attached it by turning it anticlockwise once so that the narrow edge which is actually behind the bird will now be at the top to accommodate the full view of the bird which is quite high up in the actual scene.
I have used D.S. tape, spots and squares and thickened white glue as needed to attach this to the card front.
This has given extra depth to the decoupage as many more sunflowers are visible. I attach eth bird using D.S. tape and Spots and Glue as needed.
I used both ribbons to tie the bow and attached it using red power tape. I have attached to smaller image from the sheet to complete the insert and have made 3 useful gift cards with the other small images.
I love this beautiful sunny happy image, thank you for offering it for purchase. Pamela Horton. The Whispering Platypus.
