Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out, then punched hole in center of ain piece and the end of the arrow. Attached this combination using a brad.

I used removable sticky tape to attach this to a white card base with the borders punched out and blue showing through.

I added magnetic tape to back so counter could be removed from card and attached to fridge.
