I printed out the two pieces, making the calendar almost A4 size. I cut out the front and the back piece. I cut along the top and the bottom and right hand side of each window.

I then scored down the left hand side, with the back of my craft knife. I put very thin double sided sticky tape round the edge of the back piece and down the 3 columns between the windows.

I then stuck the front onto the back.
