I cut and folded white card to create the three sections leaving the last slightly wider than the other two.

After cutting out the panels I secured these with double sided tape. I added a piece of ribbon to the last panel as well as the two sentiment tags.

Finally I added two pink gems as decoration. This is a beautiful image and could be used for many occasions.
