I cut the sections out removing the black edging completely and after scoring and cutting a piece of red card stock added the various elements.

I cut round the candle flame to leave a narrow border.

I matted the greeting onto a piece of red card stock and added this to the centre panel. To complete the card I put the two tags together, matting onto matching red cardstock. These were secured with double sided tape to the large panel and a red and yellow grossgrain ribbon added. I also put a small peel off star border round the edge of the candle flame.
