I printed the design onto matt coated picture paper and cut out the shapes. I attached the front section to the green card with brads and the middle and rear section with glue.

A silver peel off surrounded all the shapes and I added the sentiment and flower label to the middle section with a brad.

I put a little glitter glue in the centre of the flower on the label.
