Printed onto photographic paper and cut out. Fold A4 into tri -fold card and cut the first and middle piece diagonally. Attach pieces with double sided tape. I added name and greeting to plain tag and punched hole and attached tags to centre piece.

Small matching bow attached to lower front of card.
