I made up a trifold card using black cardstock and added the three panels. After adding a printed sentiment to the front sheet I used some black glitter glue on the dancer's dress and headband.

On the smallest panel I used some irridescent glitter glue on the sombrero.

Finally I added a peel off message to the middle panel. I made the card up this way so that all the panels can be seen when the card is opened.
