I printed the sheet onto 120gsm white paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the 3 panels onto a cream tri-fold card.

I edged each panel, the picture tag and the greeting plaque with gold straight line peel-offs then matted the greeting plaque onto gold card leaving a small border all around and attached it to the front of the card using 2mm foam pads.

I made an extra tag out of gold card and of-set it behind the picture tag then made a hole through them both to tie a small piece of gold satin ribbon through.

I attached the tag to the middle panel and finished it off by adding a gold Happy Birthday peel-off to the greeting plaque.
