Made folds in plain card stock then attached 2 panels to the front at each end, turned over and attached the other panel in the middle.
Cut out decoupage dimension pieces and attached using foam pads after giving them some shape.
Cut out the cascade shape of the card once everything was stuck and finished off with a few gems and glitter.
