Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Matted base to pink light weight card with glue, and shaped the front. Added the decoupage using d.s.foam tape Used the Best Wishes plate.

I have added pink Liquid Pearls and some pink glitter. Once dry I matted to a deep red card.

A very elegant image and a great concept.
