Merry Christmas or Season's Greetings,
Easy to make. You will need an A4 piece of card folded in half or a card blank. Cut out the arched shape middle and stick it inside the folded card. Stick the front design to the folded card front and cut of the excess card.
You now have a card with a cutaway front.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 card. I attached the inside of the design to the inside of the card using double sided tape.
I attached the front of the design to the front of the card using double sided tape. I then cut around the design as instructed. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
