Butterfly Fold Back Card - Bright RedCompleted by Donna Ritchie

This card can be as simple or complex as you like. I like cards that move so I printed the design on high gloss photo paper and cut out all the pieces.

I flat stuck the large butterfly front to my card with the butterflies' wings right to the edge.

I then fussy cut around the edge of the design. I flat stuck the strip of red on the inside of the card so that it backed my butterflies. I then raised the butterfly strip on 2mm foam squares but did not stick the outside butterflies' wings so that they could 'flap'.

I added the smallest butterfly to the front, attached only by its body. The other 2 butterflies I added to the blank left side of the card along with both greetings (the top one raised on 2mm foam squares) and mini rhinestones.

A gorgeous card full of movement.
