Young Dancer Cutaway CardCompleted by RandMCards

a cute arched shaped card.  I copied the page twice, using high quality matte photo paper, to allow for some decoupage.  The base is attached to the back of a 5x7 card base and is cut to fit the arch shape of the card.  The front of the card is cut to fit the Happy Birthday panel.  The second copy of the page that I copied I cut out the smallest arched panel that has the young dancer on it and popped it up using 3d foam tape, I enhanced the highlights in her hair, her lipstick, the contours of her outfit and leggings using a clear star pen.  I cut out the sentiment "Just for you" and attached it with 3d foam tape.  On the front of the card I fussy cut the words Happy Birthday, attached it using 3d foam tape and then gave it some sparkle using wink of stella pen. I edged all the elements and pages using a tombow marker to remove the white edge and blend it better with the color palette.

There is a blank sentiment oval for you to add the birthday number or ?? and also another sentiment oval "With Love" for you to attach if you wish.
