I printed this card on good quality card and then cut out all parts. I then added the large panel to the front of my card before adding all the other parts with silicone.
This would be great for all other occasions, just add different sentiments

Printed onto decoupage paper. Placed the main image onto my card with tape and added the layers using foam pads. I added a peel-off heart to the card.
