I printed the image onto 200 gsm card. I then cut out the different pieces.I added the 'Happy Birthday' section so the tab was fastened to the back and the placed a thin piece of card on the back.

I then added the layers of decoupage using foam pads.

An easy and quick card to make, just fold a piece of A4 card in half, stick in the middle, stick on the front and cut of the excess card, add a caption and it's done.
