These cards are easy to make. Fold a piece of A4 card in half. Cut out the middle for the card and stick it inside the folded card. Cut out the front and stick it to the front of the folded card. Cut off the excess card.
When the card is folded you will be able to see the middle of the card over the top of the card front.
