I printed this design onto matte white card and painted with water colours. When completed I painted pva glue onto the hummingbird's wings and tail and centres of the poinsettias and sprinkled glitter, purple, green and silver..

Mounted the painting, after trimming to size, onto a dark lavender gloss paper, then onto a light lavender 7"x 5" card.

Added silver corners and a peel off Happy Birthday to complete the design.
