I don't often do paper piecing, but I did for this image. I printed the digi-stamp out, at the size I required for my hybrid scrapbook page project, onto 250gsm Super Smooth white cardstock.

I also printed out some of background cup256887_923 onto another sheet of the same cardstock.

I then put it back into the printer and printed on a second copy of the image onto it. I cut out only the cat image out of this second image - plus made a mat out of another area of the background.

I coloured the radiator on the first digi-image using grey promarkers to give it a bit of depth before also cutting that out, and then sticking the patterned cat on top using glue gel to give some time for movement.

The background and layers of my scrapbook page were created using backgrounds cup351763_1749 imported into a graphics package and layed out how I wanted before printing and then attaching the mat, picture and paper-pieced digi-stamp.
