I resized and printed out two copies on matte photo paper as I wanted to decoupage this cute puppy. I used silicone glue for the decoupage and then to add to an oval die cut. I then used tape and a glue pen to attach all to my card.

I have decided to leave it blank with a blank insert so it can be used for a note card.
