I printed the digi stamp onto 300gsm Super Smooth white cardstock at smaller than the size provided. I then coloured it in simply using three shades of cool grey ProMarkers. I then added some white glitter glue to the bark of the tree.

I cut the image out to create a topper and made mats from white, black and holographic silver papers and cardstock.

I also cut out a shield and some foliage from the same papers. I took a pre-cut and scored decorative edged 6" square base card and stuck everything on, adding some dots of black glitter glue as a final embelishment.

The words written on the shield "Penblwydd Hapus" are Welsh for "Happy Birthday". This is a stunning image, and I kept the colouring simple in keeping with the image and the monochrome card I wanted to create.
