I coloured the 2 images using pro markers and added some ultra fine glitter using a quickie glue pen.

Using a green A4 pearlised card folded landscape I then edged with bright pink peel off edging and corners. i used foam pads to attach image added a pink butterfly to the handle and a pink with love peel off sentiment to the tag.

I used a baby pink pearlised A4 card rounded the corners with a corner punch then added pink star corner peel offs and attached a bright pink ribbon to the handle of the flower basket plus a silver happy birthday peel off to the tag.
