I printed the design onto card and used watercolour pencils to highlight the scarf,flower and leaves, lips and eyes. I also shaded the face to give depth.

I then used strands of silver beads on clear thread to mimick the design on the hat. this gives a 3D element to the card.

I then trimmed the picture into a square and used matting and layering with red and black card before attaching the topper to a square side opening card.
