Silhouettes - cup349599_601; Background - cup257723_15. I printed the digital stamp and the background sheet out onto Super Smooth white cardstock, the digital stamp being printed out at smaller than full size.
I coloured the digital stamp using an assortment of ProMarkers.
I prepared an 8" x 8" base card from an A3 sheet of Centura Pearl cardstock. I trimmed the background to 20cm x 20cm and went round the edge with a dark grey ProMarker to hide the white, cut, edge.
This background was stuck to the front of my prepared card.
I also cut a piece of iridescent brown paper to 20cm x 6cm and went round three edges with the same ProMarker before sticking over the bottom area of the background.
I took the silhouettes into my Silhouette Studio software and cut them out of black cardstock.
I also took a copy of the digi-stamp into my Silhouette Studio software, and re-sized it to the same size as I'd got it coloured in as, and drew a starburst shape so that it fitted around the digi-stamp character.
I then deleted the character and cut the starburst out of silver holographic paper. I created an offset of the starburst and cut that out of black cardstock.
I made copies of both the layers of the starburst and resize them, and in the top layer of one I wrote Happy Birthday in a funky font and in the smaller starburst's top layer I wrote 13 in the same font.
The top layers of each were then cut out of red cardstock and the bottom layers out of a golden, iridescent cardstock in a similar tone to the colours I'd coloured in the dancer's sweatshirt.
I used 2mm deep, double sided, foam tape to attach the base starbursts to the front of the card and used some glue gel to attach the top layers of the starbursts in place.
I attached the silhouette dancers flat to the background and then shaped the coloured in digi character before also using glue gel to attach it to the central starburst so that it is raised from the surface.
The picture doesn't show it of course, but the holographic silver star changes colours when the card is moved, giving it a very jazzy look.
