I used several purple backing papers and resized them to different layers adding a lace edge to the back one.

I inserted a scenic night picture and gave it a glow edge. Added lots of flowers and a string of lights.

I coloured the stamp and placed Francine to the right edge and added three diamantes to her dress. Finished with a sentiment. Credit to Julie Hutchings, Ester Collins @ CUP and Dreaming Bella.
